Berean Bible Church is a young, new, growing church. God has done marvelous things among us in a short time. Amazingly, the church started on November 4, 2007 and God provided a building by the end of our first year. We are an independent, non-denominational church committed to glorifying God by: discovering Him, loving Him and each other, obeying Him and serving Him.

It is our goal to help every believer become more like Jesus Christ (Eph. 4:11-13). The scriptures tell us that we become more like Jesus as we read and study His Word (Rom. 12:1-12; 1 Thess. 2:13; 2 Tim. 3:16-17; Col. 3;16), pray (Gal. 5:18), confess our sins (1 John 1:9), willingly submit to God (Luke 6:66) and serve others (1 Cor. 12:12-26; Heb. 6:10). These are the means or the how we become more like Jesus Christ. The scriptures are God's primary tool for transforming our character - making us more holy (Rom. 8:29; 1 Cor. 11:1). Therefore, it is our commitment to teach the Bible verse-by-verse, not just preach it. It is also our goal to help you learn how to study the Bible so that you grow spiritually (Heb. 5:11-14). 1 John 2:12-14 reveals that spiritual growth is a process moving from spiritual babies to spiritual fathers who know God the Father deeply.

The name of our church comes from Acts 17:11. In that passage the Christians in the ancient city of Berea were praised by God for checking out what the apostle Paul was teaching them. It is our desire that you will come, listen, and then search the scriptures yourselves to see if the truth was taught.
