The Fountain of Youth - Or The Closest To It

 

     It certainly would be nice if the 'Fountain of Youth' really existed, but there is a 'Foundation of Youth' that exists. It's true there is a foundation of youth and it has been provided by nature. The only problem is that it has been drying up for a long time and only recently has it been re-discovered. This foundation supports the fact that 'When the body gets what it needs, it then has the opportunity to correct any health challenges'. It basically provides everything that the body needs to stay as young as possible and live a long healthy life. Have you guessed what it is yet? It is whole and complete nutrition from what nature intended to provide it from - our foods and herbs.

     In 1936 there was a senate document (#264) that eluted to the fact that our farmlands were becoming depleted of the vital nutrients required to produce whole complete foods and for this reason, that most diseases as well as new diseases and illnesses were increasing at an alarming rate. In 1992, the Earth Summit declared that all developed countries had almost 100% of their farmlands with severe to completely depleted soil of most vital nutrients. The reason for this is abusive farming practices. The results have been devastating to the population's health and well being. An example is Adult Type II Diabetes. In 1900, it was non existent and today there are over 1,700 newly diagnosed daily with it.

    So, where is, what is this 'Foundation of Youth'? Why it is, of course, nutritional support from a complete and comprehensive whole food source. This source should be one that would be as complete as possible and also include a full complement of minerals including the macro, micro, trace and ultra trace which are vital for optimum health and the highest efficiency of metabolic functioning. It would need to contain all of the vital trace elements and phytonutrients that are missing in our present farmlands food sources. It would then support complete foundational nutrition. The good news is that there are whole foods that are currently being discovered that still contain all that nature intended for us to have for optimum health. In order for you to benefit as much as possible in  the way that nature intended by providing exactly what we need is for you to make sure that the nutritional support product you obtain and consume is whole food based and as complete as possible and then you too can have and take advantage of the that nature has so generously provided   

 

The 'Fountain of Youth' is not available, but nature’s  'Foundation of Youth' is. Every day that a nutritional foundation is not established, is a day the aging process has gotten its way, so why delay, you now know what to look for, it is readily available so make the effort to find it and consume it and then you too will be establishing your 'Foundation of Youth'.

    

 

 

Dr. Ernest's Guidelines for Healthier Living

 

Number 1) Cleanse thyself: a clean engine performs best. Do a colon cleanse program [Intestinal Cleanse is excellent] seasonally (once every 3 - 4 months). It can add years of quality health to your life. Adequate consumption fiber helps cleanse daily. Our bodies are holy temples. I Corinthians 3:16,17.

 

Herb for the Day - Garlic

 

    This is one of my favorite herbs. It has a long history for many uses. Some include to help eliminate parasites and daily use certainly help to accomplish this as well as to help get rid of some of the two legged ones that weren't really your true friends. Actually daily use should not produce any offensive orders after a while. The offense order is when toxins are bound to the garlic (it is an efficient chelator of toxins) and when most of the toxins are removed, the results should be a faint and an almost undetectable pleasant order similar to spaghetti sauce with garlic. If daily is too much, two to three months of daily consumption of 1 - 3 or more cloves and the 1 -2 times a week will also be helpful. An additional tid bit is that the Egyptians in Biblical times used to give the Hebrew slaves several cloves during the day. They found that it kept their energy levels and productivity up as well as kept them healthy and alive longer. Garlic has been utilized as an antibiotic, anti parasitic, assist in lowering high blood pressure,

detoxifier, improve circulation, enhance energy levels and keep Vampires away (so I've been told.
