I was having trouble sleeping and running out of energy too early in the day. After a few days of taking your FSF I was able to get a good nights rest and my energy lasts much longer. I also was having a lot of aches and pains and they are much less and no longer there much of the time. I am going to make the FSF my daily start of the day drink.
