Our Basic guarantee: We offer a 90 day complete satisfaction or money back guarantee for any of our products. To receive a refund, contact customer service for a return authorization reference number and provide it with the used product or unused portion along with packaging to 1478 Saddle Way, Oceanside, CA 92057 and a refund for the purchase price of the product will be returned within 2-4 weeks. Any product received without a reference number will be discarded with no further processing.  

Our All Inclusive Guarantee

If you do not improve at the end of three months, you can receive a refund for all monies involved, which includes shipping, taxes etc. To qualify you must take a NutraAnalysis before taking the product and again within 1 week of the end of the three months. The refund qualification is based upon no improvements at the end of the three months. This also requires obtaining a return authorization reference number from customer service. Any product received without a reference number will be discarded with no further processing.
